What we collect

We only collect what you provide and what the site needs to work:

• Contact form: name, company, job title, email, phone, subject and the message you write.
• Careers form: name, phone, email, city and state, area of interest, desired position, professional profile link and the CV you attach.
• Browsing data, when you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, traffic source, approximate region, device type and page interactions.

What we use it for

• Replying to your enquiry and carrying the commercial conversation forward.
• Assessing applications and keeping you in our talent pool for future openings.
• Understanding how the site is used so we can improve navigation and content.

Legal basis

Commercial contact and application assessment rely on preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V) and on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

Analytics cookies rely on your consent (art. 7, I), which you give or refuse in the notice shown on your first visit and can change at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that support the operation of the site — hosting, email delivery and analytics tools — and only as far as the service requires.

We may share data where there is a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last contact.

CVs and application data: up to 24 months, so we can reach out when a suitable role opens.

Analytics data: according to the retention configured in the tools we use.

You can request deletion before these periods at any time.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, request portability, withdraw consent and obtain information about sharing.
